Colorful Birds

Kip's bluebird has laid 5 eggs. But his feeder still attracts colorful birds. I was thrilled to see a rose breasted grosbeak with the ever present goldfinch.

Just seconds after I captured this picture, an indigo bunting appeared (but maybe it is a blue grosbeak?).

Tom Striker confirmed my thought that ths black bird on the fence is a brown-headed cowbird. Not the bird you'd like to see.

Finally Something Besides a Goldfinch!!!

On a stormy March day, a song sparrow appeared at the feeder. I am almost tired of seeing all those goldfinches!
